So what exactly is Polished Concrete you might be asking?

Polished Concrete is different to our X-Bond product. Polished Concrete is a process where a concrete floor (existing or new concrete slab) is mechanically ground, honed and polished in order to cut a concrete floor’s surface to achieve a specified level of appearance. The beauty about having a Polished Concrete floor is it’s hard-wearing and durable. Because of its durability, Polished Concrete is being specified more and more in high traffic areas like commercial, retail & industrial spaces, and homeowners are loving this timeless finish for their residencies.

Polished concrete flooring and surfaces are tightly compacted which reduces the development of stains, making it easier to maintain compared to other concrete surfaces because of its smoothness and durability. Our mechanical polishing method doesn’t require sealers or waxes and can be easily up-kept with a simple cleaning routine such as using a dry dust mop to remove dirt and grit.
